They took excellent care of me when I came in for a software update on my vehicle. The amount of time it was going to take was longer than they first thought, so they called me an uber so I could go to a local shopping center while I waited instead of having to sit and wait there.

I arrived at 8:45 am for my 9am appointment. I was told it would take approximately 4-5 hours to do the oil change and PODS recall. 2 hours laters I was informed my oil change was going to take much longer due to damage from the previous job and I would be given a loaner but it should be completed by 5pm DC would call me. I also asked that my brakes be looked at as they were making noise and the car be washed when I first arrived. I did not hear anything at all from anyone all day. I called at 9:30 am Saturday and spoke with a woman who was less than informed and couldn’t be bothered to find out about my car for me because she “didn’t start the RO”. I asked if ai could speak to someone who might be able to tell me since I had taken the day off Friday to deal with my car and now my Saturday was being hijacked. She stated she would text the technician and get back to me. I got a call back at 11:15 am telling me my car is ready. Nothing about my brakes was mentioned. So I went to the dealership. When I arrived I was asked my name, the guy said I’ll get your car, had me sign a form saying it was all warranty and handed me my keys. The car was pulled around. He was dealing with another customer as well. I asked were the tires rotated and he distractedly said whatever was expected was completed and walked away. I got in my car and drove to BJs and my tire light came on and my brakes were grinding like before. Nothing was said about them at all. So I went back. The same guy says oh no what’s wrong. I explained and he says let me look at the IDT and then tells me oh yeah you need front brake pads and rotors it says it right here. Sorry they didn’t and that out, sometimes the system is glitchy it could be that. I’m sorry. I work in customer service in management. This was failure from start to finish. DC should have called before he left Friday with an update and to tell me who he was handing me off to. I should have been consulted about my front brakes when I picked up my car. I should not have picked up a dirty car, I should have been given much more communication after all of the mishaps caused by your own technicians. A certain level of professionalism is expected when you take your car to the dealership for service and that was certainly not what was achieved at this visit.

I was treated very well, and a few days ago I would have rated higher. However after an all points inspection a new issue crept up along with the issue that was repaired in the last visit. I have scheduled a return visit and asked to speak with a service tech to speak with me. I was told I would get a call back. It has been over 5 hours since the request. I am honestly disappointed.
