    Was told it would take an hour on the phone. Was told an hour - 2 hours when the car was dropped off. It was 3 and a half hours and that was only because of pressure after 3 hours.

    The customer service overall was great. I had to bring my vehicle in 4 times to finally get it fixed. One service advisor (Kevin) was rude to me. I believe he no longer work there...thankfully. I was assigned to Devarius Cortne and he was super nice. He kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. I never even had to call and ask. He made me feel comfortable and thats a big deal for me. He was patient when I was upset. He helped calm my nerves when I had to keep bringing my vehicle in. If I ever have to come back, he is the only service advisor I want to handle my vehicle. The third time I had to come back, he worked with me to get a loaner vehicle on short notice. He made a bad situation positive. One visit he offered to walk me to my vehicle with an umbrella in the rain. When I picked up my vehicle on Monday it was hot outside. He had me remain inside until he brought my vehicle out for me. He had the A/C on and made sure my vehicle was cooled before I got in it. Kind gestures like that made up for any bad situation I had. Thank you for treating me so kindly. Also, the sweet lady at the front desk is just perfect!!

    Service was fine, but overall as a customer I feel like I'm being price gouged time and time again. I'm happy with my car and how I'm treated by the team at VW North Nashville, but I simply cannot afford to continue being financially extorted. Service is about 8/10, Prices for said services 0/10
