I had a great experience at the Volkswagen North Service Department yesterday. The newly renovated dealership was very welcoming with a comfortable waiting area. My service advisor, DC, always provides amazing customer service. He makes sure to communicate updates on the estimated time for completion of my vehicle oil change service. He also educates me on recommended services based on the multi-point inspection. He's very knowledgeable and professional every time I bring my vehicle in for service.

I was very happy that this recall service was completed quickly, in fact, more quickly than I was told by my service rep. My only complaint was that after the service, the interior of my car smelled very strongly of gasoline. I understand that this was likely due to the nature of the service, but I am still struggling to get the odor out of the car.
