I have been a customer at this VW for the last 10 years. This was my first time having my car serviced at the remodeled building/service center. It was a wonderful experience. It was so clean and clearly laid out. I was a complete spaz that day, and Chris (I think - so sorry if I am wrong) was great! He was so patient with me, kind, and professional. I came in for my 50k service as well as a recall, and everything was great. I was glad to see fresh faces in the service department and to see everyone working as a team. When I used to bring my car in, it was usually one person working their tail off and everyone else kicked back wasting time. This experience felt much more professional and efficient.
