Everything was great. I scheduled my appointment online. Went in. They were very attentive, helpful, and I feel they went above and beyond honestly... I manage a hotel and it's hard to come across the "your the reason this country has to put directions on shampoo" kind of people for me lately. So, appreciate your stellar staff (only dealt with service this time) but even during the sales process they were wonderful too. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience at the Volkswagen North Service Department yesterday. The newly renovated dealership was very welcoming with a comfortable waiting area. My service advisor, DC, always provides amazing customer service. He makes sure to communicate updates on the estimated time for completion of my vehicle oil change service. He also educates me on recommended services based on the multi-point inspection. He's very knowledgeable and professional every time I bring my vehicle in for service.
