They sent me a failure of one item,that they thought l didn't know was under warranty with an $850 bill then tried to spend it a different way when confronted 🤔🤔😱😱🤢🤢💰💰

This dealer has been great at taking care of me. First I had bought a used 2021 jetta from another dealer which had told me some things about that car which I knew wasn't true and brought car to this dealer and they confirmed what I believed to be true. Fixed the problem and that car was fantastic which brought me back to this dealer when I was ready for a new car. I bought a 2025 jetta from this dealer and sales staff done a fantastic job of getting the deal done. Now as far as the recent service issue I brought car in for a check engine light and although I didn't have a appointment the not only did they work the car in and didn't really have a time frame they did manage to get it in dianose the issue and ordered the parts for car. Cleared the code and car was able to be picked up that afternoon. They also provided me a ride back to my house. This dealer appears to work hard to take care of its customers
