I have been to the dealership twice and was greeted by polite, respectful staff immediately. My vehicle service (both times) was finished and ready to go, well in advance of the estimated wait time. Service consultants are polite and respectful as well. I recommend purchasing and servicing at this location.

While I did receive an oil change according to the service paperwork, I alerted the intake employee that my transmission light came on suddenly while I was on a road trip and then went off as I got closer to Nashville city limits. My car had to get a jumpstart. It rattled sometimes. The employee seemed very uninterested and blamed the time of day on why these issues weren't addressed. If I brought the car in at 4:30 and there's only one qualified person to check the transmission that leaves at 5, get another qualified person and SOON. Because if that light pops on again after being owned for less than a year, I'll have to assume I was sold a lemon and proceed accordingly. The waiting room smelled like oil and gas by the way, so I had to walk in the rain to the sales waiting area when there are 100+ cars in the lot. Act like you all know what customer service is and fix my vehicle promptly.

Typical body shop taking advantage of women. They quoted me $700 to replace my break pads and rotors and additional $200 for another service I didn’t even need. Thank God I have enough sense to question it. Picked up my car and took it elsewhere where the service guy (who never saw me) immediately knew I was being lied to. He cleaned up my break pads / rotors and I was on my way (without spending a dime) and the sound in my car is gone. Needless to say I will not be trusting this service department to give a reliable and honest quote again.
