Harold was wonderful person who listened and work with me to get the car I wanted, a 2024 Jetta. Harold took time to inquire about interior and exterior equipment and color. He was professional and easy going throughout and never pushy and aggressive. He walked through the cost with and without trade in and/or down payment.

Time in the shop was short. Completed 20,000 maintenance plus installed recall infotainment (?) upgrade in less than 2 hours. I did realize when I stopped for gas on my way home that next oil change milage had not been updated.
