I bought my car from this dealership about a year and a half ago and was told the car was safe and reliable. 30,000 miles and my back brakes are unsafe and cost $800 to replace. I no longer trust Volkswagen I no longer trust the dealership I’m very disappointed

The customer service is always great but the price discrepancy between the different VW dealerships is crazy to me. I just moved from Memphis where an oil change was $115 all in. In Nashville I just paid $200 for an oil change! How does that make sense for a customer. I informed them that I would start going to an Indie shop. If the organization could regulate basic service costs at dealerships maybe you guys would have more loyal customers.

Harold was a great listener. I told him what I was looking for and how I wanted it to go. He heard was I saying and compromised with me. Thomas is a great sales manager. He helped Harold and I get where we needed to be to make it work.
