    I had a 7:30 appointment that had been on the books for about a month. When I arrived the gentleman at the tent was nice and attentive and got me checked in. I arrived at the waiting area about 7:20 and the doors were locked, the guy let me in and I instantly got he woke up on the wrong side of the bed vibes. I gave him my slip he said I don’t have anyone here now and probably want have anyone until after 8, i didn’t say anything, next I did mention I had a coupon and he said oh well you could give it to me when you get off the phone. Yes I had my phone on my ear but he had my full attention. At that moment i knew that was my first and last time to the service center. As other customers came in I noticed we were all treated the same by all the employees. It was Kevin and then 2 young black guys. I was shocked and really surprised no one said anything about the service. When I checked out and paid Kevin was really nice that should have been my first impression of him when I came in vs when I was leaving.
