Above and beyond. My 2 1/2 year old wanted his picture with Harold (who also had his sons’ 2nd Birthday that day). We had to come back to the dealership twice because of childcare and checkbook/misplaced registration and they were so accommodating. This is second purchase from North Nashville VW this year and we will be staying with them for the long haul. Can’t wait to see the new showroom. Thanks guys - especially Harold! Financial guy even called his landline from his cell so my son could pick up the phone and play pretend phone call to keep him busy while we were signing the documents. Just a really great crew who know how to make a sale the right way.
