I took over an hour for the 10k maintenance and had to pay for balancing which is common with rotating tires. I also ended up with two screws in my tire which came from the shop or the parking lot. I returned to the shop, and it took almost another hour. Also, there’s a huge scratch in my front bumper that was not there before my visit.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We stopped by at the end of a long day of car shopping and test driving. Our salesman, Blake, was 100% the best car salesman we have ever experienced in our 20 years of purchasing vehicles. He was genuine, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and, my favorite, NOT PUSHY. While test driving a vehicle I usually feel awkward and as if I am taking my driver's test at the DMV. Before we ever pulled out of the parking lot, Blake explained all of the features and different configurations for the displays, walking me through how to get to each one. This test drive was relaxing as if we had just gone for a Saturday afternoon drive with friends. I honestly love the car that we bought, but our interaction with Blake is what sealed the deal for us.
