The customer service was great. Devarius was very accommodating as they were slightly behind and I had to wait a little longer than expected.

Service took an inordinate amount of time for just a battery change. I wasn’t provided an estimate until I’d been waiting well over an hour and the work was almost done. I think the quality of service has definitely gone down and makes me want to drive to the VW dealer in Clarksville, TN.
