We initially experienced some communication issues when I described the problems I was hearing/feeling with my car. They weren't relayed to the shop technicians properly, so I had to discuss the issues with them multiple times. In the end (although the problem was not found, the service staff was nice and we talked next steps.

Service agent didn't explain how a payment request would be sent. He left before I returned. They did 0 cleaning. A windshield wiping would have made me happy. When I drove off the tire air pressure light came on and I had to drive back to get it corrected.

Service desk was easy to get a hold of but continued to provide me updates about a part being delivered that never manifested accurately. There were delays after delays and many excuses for why a part was not being delivered. After many days we were told that they learned the part was backordered, but there was no urgency to remediate the issue and communicate any updates to us. Countless apologies for the delays from the staff, but every day the delivery was pushed back another day or two. Before long it was 3 weeks. Not to mention this was for an issue we had already brought it in for and they claimed it was fixed then.
